Dark Mode Project Planner
A project planner with a real budget and profit engine.
Microsoft Excel◆Google Sheets◆.xlsx files
One task list, sixteen tabs, dark from edge to edge. Type your projects and your tasks once and the dashboard, both calendars, the Kanban board, the Gantt chart and the whole budget fill themselves in. Cost the work line by line - hours times rate, units times unit price, travel and equipment - and the Profit Summary rolls every project into one portfolio with a blended margin and a red, amber or green verdict on each. Recurring tasks with nine frequencies write out every occurrence for you, and the decision matrix is worked out rather than ticked by hand. It opens in Excel and in Google Sheets from the same download, with a worked sample and a blank copy.
