These terms govern your use of sagepennystudio.com, our digital products, and the tools we operate (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Who we are
SagePenny Studio ("we", "us") is a sole-trader digital-products shop based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at sagepennystudio@gmail.com.
The Service
SagePenny Studio designs and sells digital templates, planners, spreadsheets and printables. This website is a catalogue of those products; purchases are completed through our Etsy shop under Etsy's own terms. We also operate marketing automation that publishes our own first-party product content to our own social media accounts. We do not publish on behalf of third parties.
Digital products and licence
Our products are instant digital downloads for your personal use. You may use them on your own devices and print them for yourself, but you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the files, in whole or in part, whether in original or modified form. All designs remain our intellectual property. Because the products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are handled in line with Etsy's policies for digital items.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to infringe the rights of others. Our marketing content, product imagery and template designs are our own intellectual property.
Third-party platforms
Where the Service connects to third-party platforms (such as Etsy, Pinterest or TikTok), your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies. Where a platform API is involved, we access only the permissions the account owner has authorized and use them solely to publish our own content to the authorizing account.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our templates are planning and organisation tools, not financial, legal or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
