Privacy Policy

SagePenny Studio is a small UK business selling digital templates for Excel and Google Sheets. We keep things simple and we respect your privacy: we do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we collect as little of it as possible.
Who we are
SagePenny Studio ("we", "us") is a sole-trader digital-products shop based in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question you can reach us at sagepennystudio@gmail.com.
This website
sagepennystudio.com is a static catalogue of our products. It has no accounts, no login and no contact forms, so we do not collect names, email addresses or payment details through this site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies to profile you.
Buying from us
Our products are sold through Etsy. When you buy, your order and payment are handled entirely by Etsy under Etsy's own privacy policy. We only ever see the limited order information Etsy shows sellers (for example your username and the items you bought) so we can deliver your download and provide support. We do not receive or store your card details.
We use the Pinterest API to publish our own marketing pins to our own SagePenny Studio business account on Pinterest. This integration:
- posts content (images, descriptions and links to our Etsy listings) only to our own Pinterest account;
- does not access, collect, store or post on behalf of any other Pinterest user;
- stores our own Pinterest access token securely and uses it solely to publish our pins.
Anything you do on Pinterest itself is governed by Pinterest's privacy policy.
TikTok
We use the TikTok API (Login Kit and the Content Posting API) to publish our own marketing content to our own SagePenny Studio TikTok account. This integration:
- posts content (our product images, videos and captions) only to our own TikTok account;
- uses only the permissions the account owner authorizes (basic profile info and content posting) and only to publish to that authorizing account;
- does not access, collect, store or post on behalf of any other TikTok user, and does not collect personal data from TikTok viewers;
- stores our own access and refresh tokens encrypted and uses them solely to call the TikTok API for our account. Tokens are kept only while the integration is active, and access can be revoked at any time in the TikTok account settings, which invalidates them immediately.
Anything you do on TikTok itself is governed by TikTok's privacy policy.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not build advertising profiles or run cross-site tracking.
- We do not store payment-card information.
Your rights
Under UK data-protection law (UK GDPR) you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Because we hold very little (essentially only what Etsy shares with us about an order), this is usually quick. Email sagepennystudio@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
